Security Bond Requirements:

A fully refundable security bond of $250 may be requested at the time of the booking.
Alternatively, the hosts reserve the right to request credit card details as a security bond, at the time of booking.
In the event of any damage to the property, the owners reserve the right to charge the guests a fair and reasonable amount to recover costs via their security bond.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only permitted within 4 weeks of any booking
50% of the initial booking fee will refunded

Conditions of Stay

Please abide by the following requirements

The property is designed for 4 people maximum occupancy. Any additional overnight guests must be approved with the hosts and will occur an additional surcharge
The standard rate is for the use of one bedroom/bathroom per night. Please contact us to arrange the use of both bedrooms/bathrooms
Strictly no smoking and no pets
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect and leave it in a tidy state upon exit
General cleaning items and equipment are provided in the laundry

Please conserve energy and turn off the gaslog fire and air conditioning when the property is vacant
Please ensure that the weber BBQ is clean after use
Please ensure that all dishes are washed upon exit
The cost of any damages will the responsibility of the guests
The use of either Pedal or Electric Bikes is strictly at the rider’s own risk. The Pavilion at Sevenhill, or it’s hosts, cannot be held liable for an accident or injury incurred.
